Orange Blossom Junction Restaurant

As I promised to Doug, the owner of this restaurant, I will write a post on my blog in English.
We stopped at this restaurant on our way back home to LA after our visit to Sequoia National Park.
The drive from Sequoia National Park to this restaurant is not too far, the food is to die for... so why not go there when you're on your way to or coming back from Sequoia?

What did we eat?
Alain ordered ribs and got a plate so full that he had to share with all of us.
The steak I ordered was prepared exactly the way I asked it (red inside!) and also Puska and Jana were very happy with their steak.
My steak was prepared in a very tasty red wine sauce and we could choose cole slaw or ratatouille. The ratatouille was tasty and seasoned with the right herbs!
Alain and Puska had beers, but Jana and myself had a bottle of Italian Pinot Grigio which was not expensive and delicious.
Service was, as it usually is in the US, very friendly, very helpfull. They did their best to accomodate us, because they had a full house with a lot of young kids coming in for their prom. Still they managed to get an extra table outside, so we could be seated with our kids.
The boss insisted we taste some of the lemon ice, although we could not eat anymore. Alain was the only one who could make the effort, and he told us it was perfect!

You can find this restaurant at 20898 Ave 296 (Hwy 198) in Exceter (CA), 93221.

Thanks again to Doug and his waitresses for the nice dinner!
